Last summer (July 26 to be exact) I...YOu can do it! Last summer (July 26 to be exact) I set a goal for myself to lose 25 pounds by Thanksgiving! I did it too! I was walking 3 miles per day and watching what I ate (I did not diet per se, just ate less food) and I lost 26 pounds before Thanksgiving. Then I gained some of it back, of course, over the holidays but now am working to go down even further.
